Besides, with my method I don't have to move my hands away from the keyboard.

The aspect ratio on my monitor is screwed up, so the ellipse on the left is obviously elliptical, but the one on the right appears circular.
Also, great job, NodeBB, DOSing Tumblr on every keystroke (although it's Tumblr, so overall it's almost certainly a Good Thing) and sending Chrome into a death spiral of unresponsiveness.
