@Lorne-Kates alt confirmed!

@RaceProUK Maybe someone knows you check the user agents and is just messing with you.
Prank idea: make a bot that makes thousands of requests to a website with the IE6/WinXP user agent. See if you can fool them into adding IE6 compatibility just in case.

No. He is a New Yorker. They are all like that. I am just thankful that he doesn't curse as much as most of them.

I'd be willing to permit someone to use my parents for their product without conformance testing. I don't think they'd be very useful, though; they're both dead.

Status: Researching summer tire options in anticipation of an early spring. This year, I'm going to get a pair of new 20x9" front wheels to match the 20x10" rear pair I bought last year that are currently sitting in my closet and wearing some very sticky yet very cold-weather-unfriendly Toyo Proxes R888s.
Now while there's a lot to like about the R888, it's treadwear 100, meaning only about 10-15k miles before tread is gone, and the tread pattern makes it very noisy for a daily driver. So I'm trying to find something a bit more streetable without sacrificing too much performance.
One annoying challenge is that tire companies will sell sizes that fit the front 9" wheel with the proper tire height, but won't fit the rear 10" , or vice-versa. That rules out interesting contenders like the Nitto NT05 and the Hankook Ventus RS-3.
Helpfully, a few of the major tire companies are coming out with their next generations of performance tires this year. Continental introduced the ExtremeContact Sport which has matching front and rear sizes, and there's always the gold-standard Michelin Pilot Super Sport. Toyo is also now offering the R888R, which is supposedly much less noisy (to meet new legal standards). So while there are a few dead ends, there's also a decent amount of choice.
Ultimately, I need to call up the tire shop that sold me the R888s, as they'll probably have some other suggestions. The owner there is always a pleasure to work with - in his own words, "This is the stuff I live for. If only I could sell tires to muscle car guys all day instead of (sobbing) Toyota Camrys."
Also, who had the bright idea of putting NT05R drag radials on all four corners of the Hellcat Demon? The first rainstorm on the highway is going to put that thing sideways.

No, it belongs at the right hand side of the screen.
With aspect ratios like 16:9, vertical screen real estate is more valuable than horizontal screen real estate.

So, I recently decided I wanted to switch to Comcast Business as my ISP because fuck bandwidth caps.
Turns out, SLA's are also fucking rad, too.
I've had a longstanding packet loss/speed issue that Comcast basically fobbed off as "sucks for you being the last house at the end of the line!"
Install occurs, guy's like "Run a speedtest.net and let's just make sure everything works"
5 down, 20 up. That's... An achievement.
A few minutes of diagnostic and "Alright, there's a line issue between your pole and the node, and there's actually a mainline signal degradation fault registered on the node and there isn't a ticket yet. How in the hell is that allowed to be a thing? Let me register a ticket and that'll be fixed by Monday. If it doesn't resolve this weekend, call in and we'll get a linesman back out to check the 1.5km of cable between here and there."

Where it belongs.
It depends.
I liked Linux with a thin taskbar on top when I had a 15″ laptop with 1366×768 resolution. And used Windows 8.1 with a taskbar on the left for games.
This laptop however has a proper screen, so bottom taskbar + Win10 it is!
