Not necessarily. My checking account gets a much smaller token amount of interest. Once-upon-a-time savings accounts got around 5%. Yeah, I remember that.

powershell..... why the hell do you insist on launching off screen so that i have to use keyboard shortcuts to maximize you so i can grab your title bar and drag you where i need you?
While app has focus: alt+space, 'M', arrow key (once), move mouse.
Why do I know this? Fucking Firefox. I run it on the 2nd monitor. Shutdown computer, take home, start, no 2nd monitor, it still starts in the same fucking location.

@accalia I regularly get window titlebars stuck under my... start bar... taskbar... whatever the fuck Windows calls it single panel!, because I had the audacity to put it on the top of my screen. And there's pretty much no rules on which applications will do it.
Never got the offscreen thing though.

I blame the OS. If some program ask to be positioned outside visible coordinates, beat the f**ker into submission !!!

You mean now?
Though 3.09% is more realistic:
And those are really Checking accounts, not Savings accounts.

I have the opposite problem. I want Firefox to be positioned with just enough of the window off the edge of the screen so there's none of the window chrome visible on that side. Windows insists on repositioning the window so that it's entirely inside the display though.

(way back then) I remember there being no minimum balance you had to maintain.

Status: So, that feature in Visual Studio 2017 (RC, though) where you're supposed to be able to edit the XAML while the program is running, thus enabling you to see you changes immediately instead of "close => change => recompile"?
It needs a bit of optimization. Because currently not only is the old workflow ("close => change => recompile") faster, it also doesn't freeze both VS and the running app for several minutes...
edit: Hmmh, weird. Just tried it again and now it works flawlessly and immediately. Let's see if it becomes more reliable upon release.

The character designs from the little blurbs seem a bit off, but at least it's not Quack Pack, so.

It doesn't even take any government action. Whichever company owns the CDMA2000 standard (or whichever one they use) should simply test any products for conformance before letting them use their name and parents.

Looking through server error logs, and there's one type of error that comes up in batches:
The requested resource can only be accessed via SSL.
The error is correct (the requested resource can only be accessed via SSL), but what's weird is it's always the same devices triggering the error: iPads and iPhones running iOS 10. And it's always for the same two URLs too, both on the same domain.
