Apparently there are places where they are offering a pizza to take the vaccine. The exact question is
Would you get injected with the Covid-19 vaccine if they offered you your favorite pizza?
I am a bit surprised that people are needing pizzas to get vaccinated. What is the source of such fear? Aren't vaccines helpful? Also scientist
girlfriendfriend of mine says that more non-vaccinated people means disease will change their structure and mutate putting all society at risk.Diseases like smallpox and polio were eradicated due to vaccination policies in India.

I would not. If you want to know why, feel free to ask again in the Garage, where we will also explain for you the difference between sterilizing and non-sterilizing vaccines and why you should care.

I would not. Pizza is plentiful where I live and I can get it essentially whenever I want.
If you want to bribe me into doing something, you're going to need to do better than a pizza.

I only ran into one deep dish that was actually dangerous. They'd gone and filled it with only cheese. Like, a 2 inch thick disc of greased mozzarella. It could likely destroy a gallbladder entirely on its own.
But, we don't usually actually eat that here, it's a trick. We eat Illuminati Pizza, by preference.

I can think of some people who I think should definitely get a sterilizing vaccine.
What? That's not the kind of sterilization you were talking about? Oh, too bad; I'm still in favor of them getting that kind.

I've been getting free donuts from Krispy Kreme for months now. Not eating them mind you, getting them.
If that doesn't entice people to get the vaccine, nothing will.

To be fair they are actually pretty great. If you get they hot, they literally melt in your mouth.
Of course getting the same free flavor time after time gets old quick.

Getting my favourite pizza in addition to the vaccine would have been a nice bonus, especially considering that said favourite pizza comes from a place about ~1000km from where I live.
Shipping pizza ~1000km in an edible state would be a neat trick by itself.

Deep-fried dough. May be a toroid or not. Non-toroidal ones are usually filled (and that's the best type, though I'm not sure what the best filling is). Not too much icing, or some sort of sugar dusting/coating. When granulated sugar is used, the challenge is to eat the donut without licking your lips.
Polish donuts are pretty great, or at least the ones I used to get (pre-covid) from a local deli were. They were usually filled with a very good raspberry jam. (I also used to get donuts long ago that had an apple sauce and cinnamon filling, which was also very good.)

I prefer those with powder sugar at the top of the photo, but glazed ones are also nice.
This seems to be the correct recipe:
But use rectified spirit or vodka, brandy or rum is just silly. If you want alcoholy flavor, use advocaat as filling.

Insult (in absentia) is probably closest, but there's no direct civilized equivalent, it's a British verb.

Now that Zecc had to ruin everything by bringing up the original topic:
Vaccine hesitancy is on a sliding scale. Of the people who aren't vaccinated yet (and who can safely vaccinate), you have people like this:
- Would get vaccinated, but, like, they have too much career/kids/meth going on to find time for it. Or transportation is a problem.
- Hears different things from different people/media, and just puts off the decision until later. (This is pretty common; when you're not sure, you look for more info. Sometimes, you never get around to looking.)
- Icked out by the side effects.
- Likes vaccines in general, but has standards for vaccines, and thinks this one isn't good enough. (Like GuyWhoKilledBear.)
- Thinks that 4G is good enough, thank you, and did you hear that Bill Gates is injecting nano-chemtrails?
For some of those groups, a donut, or a pizza, or whatever, is the difference between "mañana" (in the Mexican sense: "eh, maybe later, maybe never") and "today". Some people are horrifically icked out by the side effects; some would just rather avoid it, but free donuts for a year is clearly a bigger gain than the side effects are a loss.
