Plonk

"Plonk" is the funniest word in the English language, and I can prove it with math.
From Krustovsky, we have the establishment of the K-locus. Blanc et. al.'s foundational work contained data points that presage this working theory, in particular, the apparently confundatory but in truth supportive Albuquerque Assertion. This appears to conflict with the probability distribution hinted at by the K-locus until the identity q~kk is established. This clears the way to the generalization of the K-locus to the entire range (MN/2)+-.

The word "Boob" is the perfect word.
The first letter represent a top-down view
The middle letters represent a frontal view
The last letter represents a side view

And now for something completely different:
async function sleepsort(numbers){ let sorted = [], count = numbers.length; return new Promise((resolve, reject) => { for(let i of numbers){ if(i <= 0) setTimeout(() => { reject('Positive numbers only!'); }, 0); setTimeout(() => { sorted.push(i); if(--count === 0) resolve(sorted); }, i*500); } }); } sleepsort([1, 5, 2, 7, 3, 30, 7, 21, 7, 8, 17]) .then(s => console.log(s));

@Zecc don't see why you exclude negative numbers, even with an offset it's still linear time.

Plonk is the traditional sound of a usenet poster hitting the inner wall of another usenet poster's killfile.
-
@PleegWat I assumed that was the joke. OP's been going in a lot of the NodeBB version of those lately.
-
@PleegWat I almost invariably killfiled topics rather than individuals, because even the most abrasive posters generally had interesting things to say occasionally. The OP of this topic is one of the rare exceptions.

I have sticky principles but I few to them.
