Cultural Issues

Bernie started - or rather: tried to start - a program written by his cow orker Kevin, from Visual Studio's debugger.
The main window of that program did not appear on his screen. What's happening here?
An exception had occurred.Exception thrown: 'System.Globalization.CultureNotFoundException' in mscorlib.dll
What's that? How...?
Finding the culprit was easy, just look at App.config:
<add key="UILanguage" value="en-EN" />
There after, the line
CultureInfo.GetCultureInfo(uiLanguage)
just crashes...
Kevin seems to have prepared the application for a future post-Brexit area when England will have left the United Kingdom.
Or was that caused by his lack of common knowledge only?

lack of common knowledge only
I'm more worried if somehow that actually worked on their machine...

I mean, it's
en_GB

, so I don't see a problem...
