Notification links off by one on Mobile

Whenever I press on a notification on mobile, it registers the press on the link above, see the illustration below.
This used to work fine for me, I've only noticed the behaviour in the past couple of weeks. I'm using Chrome 67.0.3396.87 on Android 8.1.0.
Note: I couldn't be bothered to get a screenshot from my phone, but the screenshot illustrates the bug.
