And the pinned icon retains the "RC"!
Came in this morning and the pinned icon had "magically" changed. The graphics are now different (looks like some weird Chinese character) and the RC is gone from the tooltip.

That's what I'm guessing... Because even after I unpinned/repinned, it was still broken. (Either that, or an update was silently pushed! This is MS afterall...)

@dcon The 'icon' is the new icon automatically, but the shortcut itself is just an
.lnk
file, and that still has the RC in it's name. I edited mine manually from the properties page, but I think they do update it on reboot as well.
