@DogsB And they're the only ones to insist on blocks: everyone else gave up on that 17 years ago.

This was an age ago though so it could be fixed now.
Since they claim to support up to 2TB, they must have fixed that. Also, the Wii U doesn't use that block system IIRC, only the 3DS does. So there's a 50% chance that the Switch uses non-retarded units.

At least that's the urban myth behind the fact that SD cards still have to be sold in these monstrosities:
I'm more disturbed by the fact that anyone would by an 8GB SD card.
It's just big enough to install Windows 10 on!

The compact disc in its shiny, 5-by-51/2-inch jewel box can be stashed easily in a thief’s pocket.

How big are their pockets?!
I once regularly wore khakis that could hold a book measuring 7 x 5 x 1.5 inches. With room to spare.
It would easily have fit such a box if I so desired.

@loopback0 It amuses me greatly that The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ manual looks almost identical to The Legend of Zelda manual for the NES.
I mean, I know BoI goes for the whole Zelda 1 vibe, but it still made me laugh.
