Probably because the second time, security escorted them to their desk and then the parking lot.The obvious obstacle to that is that there wasn't a parking lot. Who has room for a parking lot in central London? (More to the point, it wasn't regarded as a sacking matter.)

betterservicesI just found a sales slip on the ground (in a park) with all that info (and more). I mailed it back to them. (oh damn, forgot to copy it first!)
