Popup chat + `home` & `end` don't interact with each other

Reproduction steps:

1. Go into any big topic
2. Open up a chat (if you don't have any active chat, feel free to message me ;D )
3. Put focus on the chat popup (for example by clicking anywhere - besides the input box - on the chat popup)
4. Press home end

Expectation:
You jump up in the chat

Actual Result:
The topic in the background jumps upwards.
But it does not jump all the way to the top / bottom of the topic (like it usually does on NodeBB). It jumps to the top / bottom of the viewport, loading the next batch of posts.

Filed Under: Not sure if thats a plugin bug, or a core bug so I will leave this here and wait for the local authorities to bring it to the bugtracker
