Trump does rocket science

No, Samoa is a nation.
American Samoa is a U.S. Territory from the same island chain.

So, earlier.... I was right!

I know that @FrostCat already addressed that, but I have to say it too. Calling what he's said "hate speech" is
retardedsomething I would expect from aSJWProgressive*.FTFM
*Apparently flabdablet thinks "SJW" is a lazy putdown. I've replaced said lazy putdown with a more "neutral" word. Let's see if he notices the difference.
That makes a certain amount of sense, but it ignores real-world effects that produce results nobody wanted.
"They're all idiots" is a lot more palatable than the idea that the people who say they are trying to help us are actively screwing us over, but I think he has a point. If a group of people repeatedly advocate policies that consistent produce results that are contrary to their stated goals, it's reasonable to conclude that they are idiots, but it's also reasonable to conclude that they are lying about their goals.

The people to the left of me are idiots. The people to the right of me are idiots.
-
Not clowns to the left, jokers to the right?
-
I haven't checked whether the people who agree with me are idiots, but I assume they aren't because I like to pretend that I make sense.

I agree with this quote when taken out of context. Um, wait; I don't think I want to agree with that after all.
I like to pretend that I make sense.

that's for real?
i'm dissapointed you didn't link the coke and whores video....
-
That's for real.
So is the bath salts and models video.

it's a fun game!
insanely difficult because physics is a cruel mistress, but fun because of those moments when you succeed and actually land that unmanned rover on the surface of Duna (the mars equiv)
The only problem is that after ~1200 hours of gameplay, those little accomplishments become boring, so the only way to keep things interesting is making ~130 ton ISRU jetliners that refuel on Minmus, transfer to the Jool system, and possibly land on Pol or Bop to refuel once more before entering Laythe's atmosphere slow enough so that the 1200°K airplane parts survive*.
*more information forthcoming in the Kerbal thread when I get around to it

that's when you start playing with mods!
so many mods!
so many ways to change the game up!
:-D

You mean you can add Boomzilla, Abarker, Aliceif to the game?!?

You mean you can add Boomzilla, Abarker, Aliceif to the game?!?
i don't see why not. i had an Arantor Kerman as a kerbalnaut in my last game.
.... i may have accidentally stranded him on the moon for about ten in game years before rescuing him...
and i may have botched the rescue so the whole rescue craft disintegrated on reentry.....

:'( I thought you liked me

you lasted longer than Accalia Kerman and RaceProUK Kerman.
our first trip to space ended rather abruptly 5 seconds into launch when the rocket decided it would rather be a bomb.
-
But is there a lawn that Boomzilla Kerman can tell other Kerbalnauts to stay off?

You blew us up?!?!?!

such a lawn can be arranged.
You blew us up?!?!?!
It was an accident! and i was playing that save on hardcore mode so there was no refeverting to launch and trying again.
-
I'm sure there's a in there somewhere when referring to 'hardcore' mode.

...at least we died quick, painless, and together

we were heading to space to be the only crew on an orbiting "science" station.
i am sure would have been in ample supply

I might get more deeply invested in mods when Squad decides they're going to stabilize their ABI so that I don't have to worry about trashed saves and waiting for the mod maintainers to rebuild every time KSP is updated. And I predict that things like the Great Multithreaded Physics Leap Forward™ are going to break a lot of mods...
It's enough of a pain to wait for MechJeb and Kerbal Alarm Clock to get updated. Those bridge massive gaps in functionality! Maneuver nodes tell me the exact Δv of a burn, but nowhere in the stock interface am I told how much Δv my craft has!
But yeah, there's some good stuff out there. I used to play around with UbioZor Welding and Tweakscale to address other missing functionality in the game, and might pick those up again later on.
-
oi! we should do a let's play kerbal with forum members!
one or two missions per user, and pass the savegame to the next one

This is an interesting article:
I'm only about half way through, but when I came to this line, I had to post:
The day Hondurans start getting hired as green energy lobbyists is the day my neighbors become nativists.
