I just now realized I did an @accalia. Meh, leaving it be.

I just now realized I did an @accalia
I've seen so many of them my mental auto-correct has been so finely tuned it's ridiculous

To be honest I didn't notice either, I suppose spellaring isn't too impotent on a fourum.

Nemisis sounds like some kind of worm infestation, which kind of works.

OSSEC is great. It just needs to get packaged for Debian/Ubuntu. It's a pain to script the install for cloud hosts.

What? Two devices where one suffice?
What do you actually need that warrants that setup?I actually live in a location where I have a choice between two different ISPs. Occasionally, I switch to keep my rates low. By having my own personal router behind the ISP provided modem, I don't have to completely reconfigure the router every time I switch ISPs. Having a private router is basically just a way to keep my set up the same no matter which ISP I'm on. This is especially important because one provider uses cable and the other uses DSL, so I can't just keep the same modem when I switch companies.
Also, my router provides my WiFi coverage.

Crazy talk!
Actually, everywhere I've lived where I paid for utilities, I've had options. :)

Crazy talk!
I can choose between... *counts on fingers* I think it's 4.
But all of them use the same infrastructure. There are price differences, yes, but they are all equally as shitty because, well, infrastructure.
