Javascript can't reverse strings

Now that you've got the hang of the ~cester rule in English placenames, you shouldn't have any problem with Cirencester, right?
Chichester. Even in the North East you can't get agreement on whether it's Chi-chester or Chy-chester (i.e. short 'i' or long 'eye'.)
-
Thankfully, everybody agrees on how to pronounce Wetwang.
-
It's Chi-. (Source: I live like 30 miles away, have been there.)

Rust apparently can reverse strings:
let r : String = FromIterator::from_iter(s.graphemes(true).rev());
-
Could not reproduce (chromium, linux). The string does not appear to reverse correctly.

Actually it does not really work in my browser (well, it's almost the same version, so it's not big surprise) either. But it seems to be caused by the fact that the renderer fails to do the composition correctly.
