The high note at the climax is an E♭6, two octaves plus a minor third above middle C.

My brain is broken, apparently. I have this distinct feeling this song is old. Like, 90s "old". But Wikipedia says it's from 2013. Dunno. Anyway:

Though I kinda remember male vocals.
Also, nostalgia goggles might've helped, it's not as good as I remember it being.

I like songs that go on so long that even the band starts to look a little bored near the end.

Apparently it's not just noise? The outro gets closer to something Stravinsky attempted than any other
artist ever completed: it uses offset chord progressions to create a
different set of music with each pass through. The guitar and piano do
volume swells with each measure change of 6/8 on octaves of four notes:
A, G#, C, G. Looking at it, it appears to be in A minor (and it sounds
that way too), but without other notes, this doesn’t even truly form
chords, let alone establish a tonal center.
