Excess focus on aerobic exercise will get you the skinny fat person. They lose weight but much of the weight is muscle.
Yes. But that wasn't the point. The actual point, as I understood it, was that you do actually need a certain level of daily excersise, if you don't want to gain weight.
If a person were to try to keep their carbon intake below the amount that they can "breathe out" during a day without moving a muscle, it'll also be invariably below the level where they will feel starved.

Breathing requires using muscles, especially the diaphragm and/or the intercostal muscles (the ones between the ribs).

Not exactly true, but yes, it helps somewhat. Although note that losing weight and not gaining weight are two very different things.

I didn't say without exercise. Too much focus on the wrong type.
It is commonly believed that aerobic is the best for fat burning and while that is true that during the aerobic exercise you are burning more fat calories than the same amount of anaerobic exercise--during the exercise.
Building muscle beside being good exercise in of itself increases the basal metabolic rate which means you burn more calories when you aren't doing exercise.
Excess aerobic (emphasis on excess) can break down muscle and then you burn less calories the rest of the day.
Think sprinter versus marathoner.

Took me some 20 minutes, partly due to me forgetting arithmetic and wrongly concluding it's not solvable
I solved it after I finally found my subtraction error but it took some more time and some further comprehension errors. Nice puzzle, would solve again (in a few years when I forget it).

You know how bad 2020's been?
There's a good case to be made that the best movie to come out this year was the live-action adaptation of Sonic The Hedgehog!
