It's buggy and still needs polish.
Maybe @Maciejasjmj can work on it.

Presumably. However, even green tea is not cyan. #04a69c is not a valid color for tea. Just no.
Maybe it is hedgehog tea, and that is why it seems normal for @RaceProUK?

You know I finished Sonic 2006 and Blaze totally fucking dies at the end. Bam. Corpse.

Hmm… let's double-check that, shall we?
Excluding the ending cutscene, the events of the game are thus erased from the Sonic the Hedgehog series' timeline.
…yeah, something tells me the girl's still alive
Which is a good thing; if she wasn't, then who's carrying me?
My avatar has changed since this post was made; this is what it was at the time:

That means Blaze is either 200+ years old, or never even existed in the first place. That's actually WORSE.
EDIT: Although thank God Silver never existed, what a fucking useless douche.

Assuming Blaze does in fact exist, otherwise

He means usability for people who regularly use Linux, not usability for you.

We're arguing about whether fictional video game characters actually exist? Just checking...

Partly that, but mostly having fun with @blakeyrat

IJIJ: "Yes, Son of IJIJ."
This made the story even more epic because I started to immediately imagine you as Klingons.
If we were Klingons, his attitude would have been:
IJIJv2: "So, Father, did you defeat the Federation Scum Kirk, this time...?"
IJIJ: mumblemumble
IJIJv2: "Deepest apologies, Honored Father, but you already used that excuse about the old dude who wouldn't let you fight..."

"Deepest apologies, Honored Father.. "
Note to self: never ask @ijij about his sex / family life...

From the same article:
Presidents' Day in Hawaii, New Mexico, North Dakota,[5] Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, and Washington[6]
Even if the Federal holiday is officially called Washington's Birthday (although nobody has actually called it that since it stopped being, you know, on his birthday), it's Presidents' Day in state in which I reside. :P
-
No one cares about "state" holidays. What are you, some kind of racist?
-
too cold to think of correct anatomical replacements right now... i'm wearing three pairs of pants, two jackets and i'm still freezing!
and of course i don't have gloves that are fine enough to type in so my hands are extra freezing!

?
Shit, now I want to watch Dune again... There go three hours of my life...
Edit: Or maybe I should read the book finally. The problem is I bought the unwieldy "3-in-1" edition.

good movie. better books.

S'alright; I'm in a nice warm office, and can think of them for you. And, I guess if you type with paws, then it makes sense for them to have fingers. But only if they're front paws; anatomically, they are hands anyway.
-

The books get silly REALLY quick. The first couple are good, though. (I liked the "stone burner" weapon, which was basically nothing but a nuclear reactor guaranteed to melt-down immediately after activation. I think that was the second book?)
-
-
No one cares about "state" holidays.
I would suppose that people who work for state governments do, at least about their own state's holidays.
-
Toes or digits, I think, not fingers.
That's the thing; I'm not so sure. Anatomically, front paws are structured like hands, so based on that, they could have fingers instead of toes. Plus it goes with the fact that the front legs have elbows, and the rear legs knees.
-
The books get silly REALLY quick.
I disagree (of course), and I think I have previously. They're definitely different, so if you're looking for the same thing, you'll be disappointed.
-
They turn into doofy fantasy books with magic.
I mean, yeah, that was kind of the case in the first book with the Bene Gesserit and such, but in the later books it gets really ridiculous. In the first book Herbert at least attempts to explain their powers in a somewhat scientific manner. Then later Paul and his sister just flat-out read minds and have telekinesis and all kinds of bullshit.
If I wanted to read fantasy books, I'd read fantasy books.
-

The term 'finger' is not applied to the digits of most other animals, such as canines

Status: reading about Dwarven poetry.

So it comes down to a simple question: is @accalia an anthro?

Turn into? They started that way.

I don't care if you didn't like the books. No accounting for taste and all that. But it's not really hard SF anywhere in the series. I mean, there's some sciencey justification for stuff throughout, but also a lot of magic throughout.
-
stion: is @accalia an anthro?
-shrug-
depends on my mood. sometimes i'm anthro, other full human or full fox.
i like to be discoursistent.

Ah. A true kitsune.Should have known; you did have eight tails at one point. Well, nine, but we could only see eight.
Is there an equivalent term to
kitsune
for hedgehogs? If not, I might have to coin it.

havent seen one myself yet.

umm..... sure?

Well, you're mischievous, and you change form between human, fox, and anthro at will. So I'd say you fit the definition quite nicely ;)

Until the last little bit, there's no magic in the first book. That's exactly my complaint about the sequels.
The Bene Gesserit powers are explained as intensive mind training, their ability to read emotions Deanna Troi-type is explained as close observation of unconscious facial tics. Spice is explained as being able to expand the mind, like a learning drug not like a magical fairy-dust powder that makes magic happens. The battles are done with normal conventional sci-fi weapons, and while the explanation of how the Fremen's sound-amplification weapon works is kind of dumb and wonky, it's not fantasy magic.

Really? Genetic memory and the ability to share it? Prescience? Mass telepathy or whatever goes on in a sietch orgy?
-
Really? Genetic memory and the ability to share it? Prescience?
That's just bullshit that people say happens but doesn't. The future very well could have dumb psuedo-science just like the present.
Mass telepathy or whatever goes on in a sietch orgy?
Was that in the first book?
