The fact is, the further you get from college the less that stuff matters. Honestly, right now being "nerdy" is pretty cool amongst people my age, which I find quite surprising.
Agreed. My wife loves my geekiness, as well as my bizarre sense of humor.

It's ok. I just couldn't help being a pedant.Anyways, does anyone else have the Fine Young Cannibals song running through their head because of the title of this thread?
I HATE YOU.
your comment made me look up in my playlist and guess what, the one and only song by "Five young Cannibals" in there is "she drives me crazy", and the thing is sticky as hell for some reason!
edit: now I hate myself, next song on the list was "Funky Groove - Shining Disco Balls", now I'm gonna be all day listening to techno/disco stuff.-

I knew that was coming.
I lived on the west side of Atlanta, and she lived in Conyers on the east side -- approximately 70 miles away.

That could potentially have worked as a joke, but I actually have the country in my location, so there isn't any ambiguity between the state and country as far as my location goes.

Haha! Funny you should mention that. I was testing out the OCR software that came with the 3-in-1 printer I bought last Friday. It kept changing back and forth between "1" and "7" for all the "1"s on a Wal-Mart receipt.
