there are many factors. those are among the factors, are (but not limited to):
- Time since last
- The current phase of the moon
- what show i watched on the "telly (youtube)" last night
- how long it's been since i ate
- how long it's been since i was caffinated
- how long it's been since i "powdered my nose"
- and many, many more.

In the interest of having a safe space I suggest you prioritize your top, say, 14 rage-inducing factors. You wouldn't want to be not providing a safe space, would you?

We have Priority, specifically Highest, High, Medium, Low, Lowest.
I frequently see minor aesthetic items assigned as High or Highest and major issues as Low.
