Well they aren't actually that big, so the WTF belongs to Visual Studio in that screenshot. However, the largest class is "only" eleven thousand lines...

If it's C#, you should stop using the #line hidden directive. Just use the System.Diagnostics.DebuggerNonUserCode attribute and refactor that portion of code if you don't want the debugger stepping in to it.
