Don't tell me this happened because someone hates the idea of one class per file from Java so much that they put an entire gigantic C# solution in one single file.

Well they aren't actually that big, so the WTF belongs to Visual Studio in that screenshot. However, the largest class is "only" eleven thousand lines...

If it's C#, you should stop using the #line hidden directive. Just use the System.Diagnostics.DebuggerNonUserCode attribute and refactor that portion of code if you don't want the debugger stepping in to it.
