While we're off topic, I just noticed a new Discourse feature.
The "Like" button throbs.
Carry on.

Whitespace?
There's tons of that when I look out of the window.

/me keeps fleeing while throwing the hated iDevice away
Heart pounding, she reached the familiar office building and slammed the door behind her. Once her breathing had settled she found herself in the staff kitchen with a cup under the spout. Her fingers brushed instinctively over the face of the machine, navigating its intuitive onscreen menu until it disgorged a dose of hot caffeinated relief.
On returning to her desk she found that somebody had inexplicably propped her workstation's screen upright on the far side and impeded access to it with something resembling a large but inedible chocolate bar. Finding its surface texture completely unsatisfactory, she irritably binned both it and the oddly shaped whiteboard eraser left lying next to it before restoring the screen to its rightful place flat on the desk.
A soothing stream of cute fox imagery played over its surface as she sipped her coffee and flicked idly at the screen. Somewhere in the back of her mind an anxious little voice seemed to be saying something about a module that needed urgent completion, and a customer, and a deadline, but she brushed it aside. None of that seemed to matter very much any more.
A hundred hours later she was still pushing foxes up the screen. Every now and then a particularly appealing image, or the appearance of a corporate logo she recognized, made her touch the inviting pastel glow of a Like rectangle before moving on. Though her neck and shoulders throbbed with fire and she could no longer really feel her legs, all was well. @Accalia was content.

Lynn sits calmly crosslegged in front of @flabdablet's lounge chair, listening enraptured at the tale of the exploits and adventures of @accalia
"Tell me more on master of the story. Tell me more, please?"
she begs as she looks adoringly at the book held loosely in @flabdablet's hands
Filed under: My Personalities are Escaping Again!
paging @tarunik and @Yamikuronue ;-)

I'm afraid that's all there is. As far as I know she's still just sitting there fondling that screen. Once the brain worms take hold there's no turning back.
-
Lynn puts cutely at @flabdablet's words
"well where's the fun in that? Surely someone fought the brainworms and won? what about them?

Sadly, I've never owned one of these in TF2.
-
a pyro?
aren't they free?
-
-
oh.....
i never got what the fascination with hats was in that game....
-
-
Well, it is
America's #1 war-themed hat simulator.
(No, seriously, that's an actual quote from the TF2 developers.... even if they were being silly when they said it)
-
I have 2 in my inventory if you want one. I'd have to do a trade later, after work (in ~8 hours), unless you can do a one-sided trade through their web interface.

I'm still at work for another 6 hours... and since I already have an Unusual Pyro hat, I'd probably never wear it anyway.
(If I were at home, I'd have a pic of my Winter Pyro loadout here)

But if you were at home, and the pic was at work, what good would that do?
-
Well, if I'm at home, I can create a new image of it.
Like this one:
I cashed out the festive items I never use or else I could have neat Christmas lights on my other two weapons too.
