There's a funny bit in the beginning of Ghost in the Shell, where Kusanagi's jumping off a building, and someone says her heart rate is up or her biological signs are off or wahtever, and the dub says something lame, but the subtitles have her saying something like "it must be that time of the month."
Ha ha ha! Because of course you can't have a competent female cop without a "time of the month" joke! What a hilarious gag, Japan!!!
Whoever removed that in the dub did the writers of that movie a HUGE favor.

It's also old as shit in anime terms. Translations have been getting a lot better, roughly correlating with the popularity of anime in the countries consuming the translations. Dub companies don't change things as much these days, they just hire homeless dudes from the back alley to do the voice work to save $$.

Which is why I used the word "gave". I happen to be pretty well acquainted with the history of my Western neighbours, especially that particular period and I am aware that the VW project took a military turn. Nevertheless, Hitler did have a major role in the birthing of this particular model.

We had our own version of that, decades later - the Fiat 126p (licensed, but subject to so many modifications down the line, that it pretty much became a new car). It was surprisingly good for something so bad.
You seem to be at least somewhat inclined to agree that the car was good quality (the world at large seems to agree, given its popularity). Sadly, there's no way you can write Hitler out of its history. Please remember that I am by no means a fan of the gentleman. He levelled the city I live in. While my mother was living in it.

I assume you are referring to the heat of chili peppers. Chili peppers (if dried) are a spice, but they are not "spice." Fennel, mustard, cinnamon, cloves, saffron, ginger, et al. are also spices, and they are definitely flavorful.

Somewhere around 1988 - 1989, they was abducted and replaced with some kind of evil lookalikes who put out mediocre music for almost the next 20 years. That just shows that you're over sensitive to capsaicin. I find that spice (heat) enhances flavors up to a point. Which is to say that my sensitivity level is higher than yours. But you think that IPAs taste good, so we already know that your senses are warped.

Depends if they are only against capsaicin. There are other things that also give "spicy" but slightly different pathways are used (like what wasabi uses) so if @chubertdev is against those as well then it is "spiciness" that they have a problem with rather than sensitivity to one of the more common sources.
