Code syntax highlighting
-
Does Discourse have automagic code syntax highlighting for code blocks?
-
public static void Main()
{
Console.WriteLine("Nope");
}But seriously, see here.
-
I used a keyboard shorcut: Shift + <
How did @Zecc display keys in the post? CTRL, SHIFT, ESC ?
-
But seriously, see here.
Useful, but when I quote you, the link is eaten by the software.

I must say, I'm mildly amused by edits showing up in realtime. Like right now, while I was trying to figure it out on my own and a comment shows up in your reply. And then it went away, like some extremely creepy version of clippy.
Filed under: tinfoil hat, fucking hell why does it kill formatting when I quote it?

I had no idea that was happening. I want to see this voodoo for myself!
I have to admit I'm surprised that it seems to eat hyperlinks and formatting. I suspect that for some reason it's by design, but it might be a good idea to mention it in Blakey's bug thread.

Pretty much what DoctorJones said. I already knew about <kbd>, but to be honest it was a subsequent post by Jeff Atwood in the same thre.. err, topic that reminded me of its existence.
Fun trivia: at some time before posting my edit the preview looked like this: Shift + <
That keyboard castle is pretty crazy.

Incidentally, you can also use <abbr> tags.
And right-aligned divs!But I've yet to find how to make tables.

By contributing thoughtful and intelligent comments, same as here.Also, building castles out of kbd tags, and accusing Jeff Atwood of plagarism for stealing my jokes on Twitter.

Of course! Jeff Atwood could not possibly have been that hilarious on his own.

I haven't owned bstorer.com in, like, infinity years. But the page linked from my SO profile looked like this:
