No, it's that the scraper tool that found that link discovered it had no <title> tag and therefore has no title. This is in no way surprising because it's one of those fucking horrific pages that is one line of text (sorry, you need JS) and just a shedload of JS in the body to actually populate the site with anything because Pantone are a bunch of hipsters who give no fucks about usability.
