The fuel injectors in my car were hand-made from pure platinum by George Washington himself. They were cleaned by running a few thousand gallons of Dom Perignon through them. They were then hand-installed by that one Car Talk guy who isn't retarded.
Total cost: $38,719.63. So, no, it won't cost you $40k to replace them.
