@Jaloopa No. This one was written by a project manager. The first story he talks about is a cement factory in Thailand shutting down due to wrong software delivery.

He also talks about various stages of project management in a hilarious fashion style. I am unable to find it on google. It was hosted on Wordpress or blogger.
