Lots of people liked the Yepps. :)
I found the model: it was an MPIO DMG. No company website, but here's a review from 2002. Now I don't know which player I'm conflating it with, though, as that one didn't have an FM receiver. ::sigh::
I wonder where I put it. I've still got the Clip sitting here on my desk, though I haven't used it for ages; my phone took over that duty. My Nomad (with parallel port dock) is long gone. I still have the weird Neuros player which could be a flash or hard drive player depending on which dock you attached it to. For a while I had a little Insignia player that had a tiny color screen for videos but its spinner control broke.
