Don't even get me started on this. Australians are absolutely hopeless with their lights. I was taught to turn off the high beams when coming into a blind corner. Absolutely nobody does it here so I hope you enjoy a faceful of light as you're coming around a sharp bend. And then there are the fog lights... Seriously, how dumb do you have to be to draw a parallel between "dark" and "fog lights"?!

I almost never have my high beams on. Yet another benefit of living where I live I suppose...
