so someone asked a question, microsoft added the article to MSDN and the entire encryption/decryption code magically appeared in ASP.NET.
according to you, to introduce new features you only have to write an article on MSDN.
perhaps we need to define what "introducing features" means.
for me introducing features in an application means that a feature that did not xist in a previous version, was added to the new version of an application
ms did introduce the feature in the 2.0 version of ASP.NET framework. it was not available in previous versions.
