Interesting. I recently returned to the United States after spending four years living in the Republic of Samsung, er, South Korea. Samsung is South Korea's biggest company, and has a reputation there for having the best product support bar none. I personally had a great experience with Samsung's support in South Korea. Seems that Samsung OtherCountry needs to take a lesson from the home office.
Of course, wherever you go, Samsung still doesn't know how to write decent software.
