I still get a 403 error on it?
I blame your webhost, I haven't really had a good experience with Dot5Hosting :PEdit: Never mind, that was my ISP's transparent proxy caching it incorrectly >_<

So visit the domain first, and then paste the image link.

it is dot5 they are a horrible webhost switching as soon as this contract is up and going to a better one, but besides that you can go directly to the images as pointed out above.
-
Putting "www." before the domain works for me.
-
Hint:
Click on the link, when the 403 page loads, go to the address bar, and press enter without changing a letter. The image loads, at least in Opera.
This generates a new request to the server, with the original address (I guess it's called REF) filled with the target address. The web server will think that the image was accessed throu a link on the server and will not return 403.
Very few web servers that disable hotlinking actually check if REF=/=TAR, so it is the easiest workaround for disabled hotlinking, and also a WTF itself.

They give an interest rate of 403%? Ah, but that's forbidden, there's always a catch!

Just for the record, it's the HTTP Referer: header that you're thinking of.

Worked for me, too. In an attempt to find the image, (before I read the "www." suggestion) I visited his pictures link. He has a curious way of describing what's in the albums. I'm sorry to poke fun at another user (but we all get it when we deserve it).
So the "new pictures" album is where I should go to see old pictures.
This is like Microsoft's brilliance (been with us since Windows 95): Want to stop the computer? Click Start.

Indeed, a friend was using them and his experience wasn't too good :P
