TL;DR: A government website had some kind of feature that stored social security number data on the client embedded in the HTML, exposing teachers' private information. A cybersecurity professor who probably had to recover from a pounding headache from so hard informs them of this very obvious breach. The governor, who I can only assume was protecting his precious 13 year old family member who coded this piece of shit, accuses the professor of "hacking" by viewing the page's HTML source. Cybersecurity professor lawyers up to say STFU.
