Back on topic, WTDWTF getting banned in UK, when?
We have porn here? Or just the denizens being wankers?
See the NSFW thread in the lounge.
I come here to not-work, so a NSFW thread would be kind of defeating the point, right?
I also don't think I have lounge access, or that having it would be good for my sanity and/or procrastination habits.
And I doubt I have similar interests than the average denizen.

There's some good stuff in there. You just have to request it...

Periodically but we had several people who'd never been before so the touristy bit is inevitable.
The day we went to Poechenellekelder we barely got out of there. We popped in for a quick drink and left like 7 hours later.

I did the touristy bit in Brugge today ...
I went to the city center parked my car and walked half way across to the center to pick up some shopping.

That's not a GIS photo, but it's a University celebration where they connect the Manneken Pis to a beer keg.

At least they don't use Zenneke

That is what I was hoping GIS would tell me. Instead, it failed miserably at identifying the picture.

Zenneke
That would be for American beer.

To ward off inferior beer from the Netherlands.

Followed by the hell-maw that is "using Discourse"
Well, if you had gone with "using Lotus" instead, you'd have long commited " by yellow boxing gloves."
This made me wonder if we could somehow turn Lotus Notes into forum software. It's a desktop program so that wouldn't be very practical, but it has a "web access interface" so maybe with a bit of hackery we could create a "public account" and then just tinker with the interface a bit and we got ourselves a site!

Does Lotus Notes have a bug tracker?

@hungrier If Lotus Notes can be turned into forum software, then it will automatically be a bug tracker!
(but seriously: using Lotus Notes as a bug tracker is probably more reasonable than using Discourse as one)

We all have reasons. They may not be good reasons, but they are reasons. Also, I take issue with casual; some of the people here are hardcore insulters, thou flea, thou nit, thou winter-cricket thou!

So if anything goes then why bother hosting your own forum when you all can just troll on 8chan?
Redundancy.
Also, if things get too stupidly insulting the posts will be Jeffed to the garage, where you can continue with shouting matches. Well, except for one or two denizens for which it's just accepted character trait / persona.
