I keep getting emails about some kind of payout on my dev account.
I need to update my tax info. But i can't.
I really don't care about the money. it's probably about 1$.
If i login to the partner site i only get told to signup for like 25$, and i'm not interested in that - i've obviously published apps before.
How the fuck do i get trough to a human at microsoft that can help me ?
I've spent the last 1½ hour trying to navigate their support sites, but i've got nothing to show for it except a desire to summon cthulhu.
(and i could obviously just block them, but blocking all mail from MS could have bad consequences, i need my MS acct.)

@swayde if you're on Windows 10, you have "Get Help" application that forwards you to chatbot. When you tell the bot it's bad and it should feel bad, it gives you this screen:
