@ben_lubar So if we accidentally banned a spammer (Reason: "spam") and then unban, it will unban all the spammers we banned with "spam"?
EDIT: Or...you just won't see multiple bans for that user?

This is only the ban history being broken.

If I'm reading the issue correctly, when it tracks the ban history, multiple separate bans to a user will show up as a single ban if they share the same reason and expiration (in the example, "never").

Yeah, it's unlikely that the problem will happen for non-permanent bans since the expiration timestamp is in milliseconds and the ban UI only lets you do temporary bans in hours or days.
