Windows file history completed backup of 0 bytes of data

    I definitely have folders with data that should be backed up selected:

    The event log has a bunch of warnings like this:

    Directory was not backed up because it is a reparse point:
    
    C:\Users\Owner\Downloads\boost_1_67_0\boost\chrono\stopwatches
    
    If you want it to be protected, remove the reparse point.
    

    But there aren't any paths that I actually care about being backed up in there. Additionally, all the Microsoft support forum answers to questions about this are "OH NO YOUR HARD DRIVE AND/OR WINDOWS IS BROKEN COMPLETELY RUN THESE TOOLS TO FIX THEM", which isn't the case here.
