Double post bug

This cropped up when I posted this. The post didn't submit correctly, but when I opened the red boob and clicked submit, it posted twice. No idea how to repro.

Took me a few tries before I realized that error wasn't on my screen.

@pie_flavor the fix is moving off MongoDB because MongoDB is a shit.

Also, my hypothesis is that the post did post correctly, but then it tried to mark (something) as read and failed pretty spectacularly so it didn't send anyone a push notification that there was a new post. If you had refreshed instead of submitting again, it would have probably shown the post you made as well as the draft it didn't delete.
