Infiniscroll freezes

Step 1: Set your posts per page to something small, like 5. Turn on infiniscroll.
Step 2: Go to a page that takes a while to load, such as the Emergency Cute Things Thread.
Step 3: Scroll up as fast as possible continuously. Scroll wheel works for this, but dragging the scroll bar does it too.Voilà, it's frozen. The only way to get it to load any more posts is to move it in the correct direction, which you can't. So you must scroll down and then up to kick it back into gear.
This also works for scrolling down, but you're likely to already be at the bottom of any thread you visit.
This was actually discovered while attempting to reproduce this, where I locked it up entirely. The error, by the way, if I click on one of those, is

Fake facts! You can also trigger a reload by clicking the timestamp of the top visible post.
