J2ME related help (paid)

  • Hello everyone!

Thanks to some of the advice I received here, as well as the inspiring articles of people like Paul Graham, Guy Kawasaki, etc - myself and a few others finally decided to make our own startup. We are a bunch of passionate fresh-grad Java Programmers who would like some assistance.

We are developing a mobile application (J2ME) and would like to gain the services of an expert in this area. It is a GPRS based voice and text messaging software/service. We essentially require you tell us how to go about implementing a certain features in the best possible way - in order to avoid WTFs ;)
I am intentionally being vague here because I'd much rather have this discussed via a chat conversation or something like that.
So if anyone here has experience in this regard, please contact me at (removed upon request)

If required, we will pay you. Just keep in mind that we are a startup so you'll be taking our lunch money - but then again, we dont mind going hungry as long as our baby is well fed! :)

Thanks again. And keep up the great work.

PS: Mods I am not sure if such kind of posts are allowed, feel free to delete if inappropriate.

  • I see no reason to disallow such posts.

  • "Do our work for us, and we might pay you."  You're a straight shot for management, sir :p

Implicit in the post is your option to not do their work.  Of course, the payoffs are more certain.
