View Unread Topics?

Is there a way to view only unread topics? Not new posts within topics that I have already read, but only view topics that I have not seen before?
I vaguely remember that being a thing on Discourse, but now I'm left with an unread category that shows every topic with new posts, even if I have read that topic before.
Then again, I could be crazy and just mis-remembering, or simply blind.
