Cannot delete post

It still messes up the numbering.

Not sure you need to be preventing deletes on t1000 anymore, was working fine on a local copy.
The preventing deletes has been policy around here for a long time, because we want the post numbers to be consistent with the
greenblue widget. I just discovered the bad performance stuff when I was trying to test the custom js.

What happens if someone goes into t/1000 and deletes a post within the first second?
SPANK, SPANK, BAD POSTER.
It would be noticed, probably flagged. They'd be scolded. Of course, normal users only flag their post for future deletion. It's only mods that can immediately zap something.
OTOH, given that it takes a bit for /t/1000 to load, and if you look at the timing, it starts 200ms. Now...if you went to, e.g., the home page, it would try every second after that initial 200ms, so it would depend on the timing of their navigation, assuming they went directly to /t/1000. So...maybe something someone could do intentionally (especially with all the jerks around here) but probably not in the normal use of the forum.

Oh...this just helps us if someone deletes something in one of our other big topics, like status. Not as big, but probably would still have caused problems.

Does it also help with Jeffings from said large topics? (cc @sam)
