Locked Topics Icon Bug

BUG: Users are able to add and toggle the pinned topic icon on locked non-pinned threads
REPO: As a logged in user, open a locked topic (See One Post), and click the lock icon on the topic
PRIORITY: 0 likes
STATUS: Open
WORKAROUND: Don't click the lock icon, or refresh the page if you couldn't resist

Doesn't seem to actually affect anything, apart from the pin icon appearing. No behaviour change in topic list.

Correct, however, it does send the PUT requests, and if the topic is closed & pinned then clicking the lock does effect the topic's state.
