Right, you can't see it in the screenshot but there's quite a bit of discorounding going on and the update speed is inconsistent between the diagrams and the numbers.
And WTF is 9.1GB even supposed to be. pagefile.sys = 1.25GiB, RAM = 8.0GiB (possibly - 117MiB)

1250 MB + 8000 MB - 117 MB = 9133 MB, which rounds to 9.1 GB in my book. MY BOOK IS LAW.
