I am configuring a PHP.ini file for a virtual machine with NGINX (going to be for wiki information) and so many configuration options are helpfully documented like

The best bit is that even the fucking manual doesn't document this one properly and when it was reported as a bug, it was Jeff'd.
Anyway, it's primarily for configuring debugging at Zend engine level. Production servers should generally have this set to 0.
