@NeighborhoodButcher You are not understand Dynamic Multifocus Enfeaturement technique.
-
@Carsten_Haitzler you are drunk on the smell of your own faeces.

or you could rub two braincells together to make fire and understand the docs for it.. but no - that's too much for you.
That's not how fire, or writing documentation, work. I hope you have retired because you shouldn't be in tech.

It doesn't even make for good reading. I quite enjoyed the OP's rant, but I didn't even read all of @Carsten_Haitzler s counter-post. I wonder if his writing is even a tiny bit representative of EFLs coding and/or documenation style...

what makes you think i denied that this would be offensive? what makes you think i would fail to see the insult?
Your visible ego overinflation causes both of these hth

enable this next time you run and hunt down the detail.
Then that's what the message should say. Asshat.
the reason there is no bt is that i've had mixed success with backtrace_symbols() before and mostly it getting ??()'s rather than a real bt where gdb manages the real bt fine.

What the fuck has gotten into you (Hg2+ aside) again?

@NeighborhoodButcher as the first 2D scene graph their behavior is canonical.

I'm a bit off calendar yesterday.

@sloosecannon all of your arguments are invalidated by the checks Samsung writes to this dead-end.

p.s. I can see that Sony used EFL in PS3. Is EFL used in PS4 too?
Something was needed, to bring desktop responsiveness to a heavily-accelerated graphics platform.

Gah! If they wanted to avoid C++'s mistakes, they could have started by leaving out the colon::cancer!
why? It's a very simple concept:
.
refers to member access,::
refers to static access.let mut string = String::new(); string.push("Hello world!");
Just rub two colons together to make fire.

Pretty sure this is valid Raku.
Not just valid, but a sensible operator with semantics defined by default.

@HardwareGeek My impression of Rakudo was the more sensible the operator, the crazier the syntax. The minimum level of drug fuelled insanity had to be kept constant.

Principle of least surprise.

@cvi By analogy with Heisenberg, it must be Wall's Unhingedness Principle in action.

Morbid curiosity drove me to look for the remains of this dumpster fire.

Money quote:
Joined Arm as Tizen was now mature and I really believed Arm has a lot of opportunity to grow and influence much of the world of computing. Certainly exciting opportunities.
