Permissions bug with group header images

I uploaded an image for the "touched by Discourse" group. That worked perfectly fine.

When moving it and clicking save, it told me that I "do not have enough rights for this action".

How is that supposed to make sense?

EDIT: Joining the group didn't help. Setting myself to be owner did though.

This is totally fucked up.
