For quadrupedal mammals the spine works somewhat differently than it does for bipedal ones, IIRC. Even the famously liquid cats are much better curving the other way. They can go several degrees of hyperextension, but not spirals.
And looking at that, most of the flexibility is in the hip attachment, with spinal flexing really only in the last couple vertebrae. The bulk of her spine is straight horizontal.

There is a lot of hip flexibility, but some of the other pictures in the article show more clearly the amount of spine curvature, involved.
