@Gąska I don't think so. The commenter seems to have predicted this eventuality and manually dated his post as "2003/1/31". How you get from that to "01-11-0197" I've no idea, maybe some really messed up year rollover bug?

Looks more like it's auto-stamped with that information (along with an email, which was redacted during the import into Oracle's public-facing systems). The old Sun issue database that Java used (before the acquisition) did like to work that way.
