Being prepared for what?
-
Adobe Acrobat Pro likes to process documents. I believe it's indexing them and doing OCR on embedded to improve accessibility.
I say "believe" because it doesn't actually tell me what it's being prepared for.
(I actually remember agreeing to extended accessibility features way back when I installed the software so that's why I assume this is what it's for)

Duh! It's obviously being prepared for Status!

It means it's preparing for the document.

It's preparing the children's bodies in a white bath and before you say that sounds weird I mean alive OR dead!
-
What are you preparing? You're always preparing! Just go!

Bad use of passive voice combined with a missing hyphen between 'prepared' and 'for', I think. They probably meant 'Please wait while preparations are made for (displaying?) this document.' I suspect only a native English-English speaker would mangle the sentence in that manner. Bloody Estuary English.Adobe Acrobat Pro likes to process documents.
